Trip Journey

Ipoh to Taiping (31-Aug) - 150km from 6:30 am to 1.30pm

Taiping to Butterworth (1-Sep) - 136km from 7.15am to 1.15pm

Butterworth to Penang (included balik pulau) - 78km from 6:30am to 1.30pm


We just completed a cycling trip from Ipoh -Butterworth-Penang for 3 days. Total distance is 365km. Thanks to PCC (Pedalphiles Cycling Club) from KL that organized this fantastic cycling and there was about 200+ cyclists took part this event from all over the places. We have cyclist from Malaysia, Spore and Germany....That was fun that can get to know many friends there. Even within our group - 12ppl, from Spore, Malacca, and also Penang....Besides, i met up a lot of my old friends there...especially Kah Wai, Fat Meng, Andy, Jordon, Jesster, James the organizer.....many many of them....So consider as kind of reunion among my frens:p

The hotel that we stayed over last 3 days was fantastic! Really thanks to PCC, for their endlessly effort to arrange hotel, cycling route map, mashal car support to success this whole event. Believed every one of us really have nice moments and think to come back again for next year cycling trip!!

The last day was a relaxing trip for us. At 6:30am, we were stand by in front of Summit hotel, Butterworth. Then we were 2 by 2 marching to across Penang Bridge. I believe all of us have kind of feeling that u might only have once in a life time to across Penang Bridge highway with bicycle.....Felt proud of myself and all the cyclist, finally we made it!

After across Penang Bridge, our feeling still very strong. Yet, we have been treated a free breakfast at Queensway mall:) Free coffee and kuih..:) Thanks to some of shop owner use us for publicity:P

Then finally we reach last day hotel - Paradize Sandy beach hotel.....quite a nice and comfortable apartment type. That also indicate our 3 days cycling trip have to be end here:(

Bintan Island Tour 7-9th Jul'07

I was been arranged to go for a trip with customers - Wolfgang and Werner from Qimonda. My bosses: Eng KT, Eric and Soo Pin also joined us for trip. We went to Bintan Island Indonesia, located somewhere south China Sea, 1 hr boat ride from Singapore Tanah Merah Jetty Terminal. This was a 3 days 2 nites trip and skip working for 1 day-Monday...yahoo:)

After 1 hrs boat ride, really felt like vomit as the boat was quite shaking. afterward, - there was a prearranged bus took us to Hotel-Nirwana Bintan Resort about 20minutes journey from Jetty.

Once we step in, there was a welcome band/dancing welcome us for arrival....wah sek, really felt myself was an important guest to them:P . Wah, next it was really open my eye big big......there were a nice swimming pool next to beach...a pool bar can let u have a drink while swimming or jacuzzi in the pool....wide and tidy glass field...few teres of hotel rooms.....wahhh prefect:)

After lunch and check in room, we went to snorkelling. Well, even with nice beach and accommodation, the snorkelling site was a bit out of expectation. It was a bad visibility and not really a nice reef life there. Somehow, all of us still have nice moments there:)

After snorkelling, we tried the banana boat ride. That one was really fun...unexpected thrilling and fun:) We were pulling by a boat and make a few scary turning. Few of it was over turned and make us fall into water. Wah, that was unexpected but fun!

At nite, we went to Kelong restaurant having seafood dinner:)

Next day, I went to mountain biking with Werner after breakfast. What a nice and relaxing biking. We cycled round the Nirwana resort and visit a few places: Lake, view point and restaurants....Especially when we stand at view point, we can see the whole beach and resort.

After that, we went to Jet Ski, kayaking....wah, it was really tiring but fun:P) Then, at night we went to Thai restaurant called " Baan Aryuya". That restaurant decorated like " french restaurant" and quite romantic. I saw few pictures that few couple were having their wedding ceremony in this restaurant together with pastor and their relatives. Changing ring and kissing with sunset scenery....so romantic ahhh...really hope that one day i can have that kind of romantic wedding ceremony too:)

Next day which is our last day in Bintan. We went to "Mangroove tour" on boat in the morning. That scenery was looked familar to me, blue sky and river scenery. I felt like myself inTahan National Park, Malaysia. Looking for wild animal and plants beside river. The boat was driving slowly in order to capture any wild animal. We saw mangroove snake, monitor lizard, crabs and weird aunts where it can swim on top of water surface.

2:30pm boat ride back to Singapore. It was really a pleasure and unexpected fun trip to me.

Penang Bridge Run 24-June 2007

Last weekend, i was took a bus from S'pore to Penang in order to take part Penang Bridge Half Marathon -22.3km run.

The bus company called Alisan. It provide a good service as well as bus seat is comfortable. It really meet expectation of sleeping tight by lying down 180deg. Even i had a good sleep, but somehow i was a bit tire and overheated during Saturday nite.


Miow Chin came and pick me up from Sungai Nibong Bus Station Penang and we went to " House of Dim Sum" . Well, i have no appettide even the food was looked so delicious to me, but because i had a superb full farewell dinner with my company clgs last nite.


After collected race bib, it was already 1pm. We checked in hostel in USM by 1:30pm. Then i was taking rest in the room, while Miow Chin went out to meet up Boon Keat they all at Queesbay plaza.


At 3:30pm, everyone of us was so hungry and eager for durian/laksa "lunch" already. We went up all the way to Balik Pulau and had a nice but expensive durian there. About RM30+ per person for durian buffet ooh....damn expensive, because to me i never have to spend money to get durian one:P

On Sunday 24-June, We wake up 3:30am and left room at 4:15am. Race started on 5am for women half marathon. There were too many people walking and become a block to the runners. Really piss off...:( After ran for 1st 5km, there was a lady overtook me and i found out we have the same pace, maybe in fact she was sightly faster than me. So i was pace her all the way till 15km point. We were taking turn to overtook each other all the time, finally at last 5km She was ahead of me. But i kept pace her with a distance of 100m. Thus, even Chee Chung was asking me to stop and took photo with him at middle of Penang Bridge, i was refused as i still kept following that lady.

I never looked at my watch untill i finished the race. There was no official clock at finishing line. So i was refering to my watch was" 2hrs 20min" and that was after i stop for about 1 min after acrossed finishing line. Wah, i really satisfied with this run. I was make it my personal best timing and also felt still very strong after race. Most probably was due to pacing that lady make me feel enthusism and no tireness thru out the run. Hope i can improve or maintain current stamina.

Few cycling rides

Labour day ride -30Apr mid nite ride

We met at Casuarina 8:30pm and departed from there by 9pm. There were 20+ of us. Then cycled to Seletar reseviour to meet up another group of ppl - from Tampines. Total 40-50 of us started our labour day midnite ride. As usual, went to Mndai Ave --> Kranji road --> Neo Teo road --> Jalan Buroh --> West coast road --> Telok Blanglah--> stop at Tanjong Pagar for supper. That time was already 12am mid nite. Cycled in big group was difference experience. They were very fast and furious. So we were tailing them closely so will not drop off from big group where drafting behind a big group can bring u to even faster pace with less strength. So, i really trying my best to tail them for about 35km/hr average. That was faster speed that i have to sustain all the way 50km....really respect of myself can ride that fast too, think also because u cycled in big group:P Well, we were like ocuppied one whole lane when we cycled in big group, even car also have to give way:P

After the break, we cycled back to Ang Mo Kio (dun really remember how Sam led us back to Ang Mo Kio:P) I only know by that time we reached home already 2am, total distance was 80km ride. Lucky next day is public holiday, so i can slept for all day:)

But really a good experience for me to cycle with big group...

Tuesday Night Ride

Nowaday, we always got for Tuesday nite ride together with another group- Han's group. Han is big boss for secret recipe. Actually whole group of them are quite rich ppl- all has nice & expensive bike....:P For us, those are always turn up one are Sam, Looi, Chyrol, Jeannie, me and sometime Andrew, Zul and Hazel will join us as well. So slowly we have our own group of ppl who keen in cycling. Now Tuesday nite always is my favourite day. As i can meet up my cycling frens and enjoy nite breeze when we sprint up at road. Also, really wanna to thanks my dear uncle frens like Sam and Looi who are always take good care of us especially we ladies....Thanks Looi and Sam.

My favourite route is always Punggol Jetty ride. There have less traffic and can sprint up very fast. Else, Mandai ave is a good training ground as there is a lot of up/down hills. Neo Teo road ride give me sign of dangerous as there is quiet and isolated place. Well, Seletar Dam also quite a nice place to cycle as we can feel the breeze from dam when u cycle thru, can look at ppl chit chat/fishing along the stretch.

Coast Way ride (16-June)

Last weekend, i was riding with them to Changi Beach Park --> East Coast Park --> back to Ang Mo Kio thru Balestier road --> Moulmein road --> Thomsom road --> Mary mount road --> Ang Mo Kio. Cycled along coast road was my 1st time in Singapore. Quite windy & nice to cycle, but i will think even better if i can relax there rather than cycling there:P

NB15km run on 20-May

I went all the way to KL to take part NB15km run. Well it also a good chance to meet up with friends.....

On Saturday, we have a nice lunch + hi Tea buffet at Nikko hotel for only RM33, that was cheap and we have a lot of carbo loading before next day 15km run.

At nite, coincident with Boon Keat's birthday , we had a gathering at Ikopi cafe....wah i like that place very much, there was decorated with a lot of nice/art photo.....then only we found out that owner of Ikopi cafe is a photograher and also editor for magazine. Wah, no wonder so many art photos/magazines in cafe...peaceful and quiet....but also become not quiet anymore when we were there:P


Sunday, finally came to race day. Started at Padang Merbok 7am. After 2km run, we were climbing slowly uphill.Then after 5km milleage, we were climbing two sharp hills , so called double hills....there i started to overtook many ppl but of cause they overtook me back when i run at flat road:P Somehow i still happy, as my strength was consistently and completed the course at 1hrs 39mins. Yeah, at least it met my target below 1hr and 40mins.

Gunung Berinchang and Ox Gathering 7-8Apr

7-Apr (Saturday)

Wake up early morning and met up everybody at Sungai Buloh R&R.
We were heading to Cameron for our free and easy trip...

We have around 7 ppl hiked up to Gunung Berinchang in 2hrs up and 2hrs down. A relax hiking trip, but i really hate bees which bitten me twice!!...:(

Night Ride to Punggol Jetty 17-Apr'07

Another Tuesday ride with SWCT. But today only 3 of us. Sam who led 2 girls, one is Chyrol and another one is me. Only small group, so we decided to go for leisure biking. Haha, really go for marketing leh...with slow pace, we cycled to Yishun Sport Center to visit Sam's kick boxing gym. Afterthat, cycled to Seletar reservior. We have a nice ride along reservior. Then across Jalan Kayu, turned to Punggol Way which is quite a new route for me. I don't really remember how we turned to Punggol Jetty, where i only know there was a few turnings around 15km before reaching Jetty. The 15km stretch has no car and less traffic, so me and Chyrol sprint up.....haha, there was really a nice sprint....

A relax pace all the way....Sam brought us to a coffee shop where we stopped for a drink and nice toast bun. Though today only a small group, but i think better still which can bring a step forward for our friendship. Tonight we cycled only 40km, but it took longer hours to marketing ( slow pace:P). Well, we might going to Desaru riding this weekend. Be waiting for my next ride story:)

Night Ride to Lim Chu Kang, 3rd-Apr 2007

6:30pm received a sms from night ride leader-Eugene, let's go for ride tonight! Immediately i replied him " okay, see u tonight" despite i was tiring of travel up and down to KL last weekend.

So, meet at Casuarina roti prata shop at 8pm as usual. There was about 10ppl going for the ride tonight. When Eugene told us that we are going to ride to Lim Chu Kang, i was thinking on myself how to ride so long distance to there? Then Eugene explained to me there is an another way to Lim Chu Kang beside west coast road. Nah, tonight im going to learn another new route.

1st, cycled along Upper Thomas road then turned left to Mandai road. Straight all the way until the T-junction and then turned right to Woodland road. Next traffic light, turned left to Kranji way which eventually connected to Neo Teo road (Lim Chu Kang).

When we cycled at Neo Teo road, that really make us felt scary. There is less traffic, quiet place and only farm, bushes and few houses along the road....that make us pedal more faster. Yeah, forget to make a point here, tonight all the cyclist are quite good, average speed is above 30km/hr....i was still managed to catch up with them for 1st 30km, then was dropped at the back for last 20km. We were covered 50km ride tonight plus distance from home to Casuarina is another 8km. So total we cycled 58km.

Then after passed by Neo Teo road, the scary path....we continue came to chicken farm on our right...wah, really smelly...cant tahan it, so i tried to cycle faster. But still at speed around 28km/hr. I was not performed well tonight, maybe too tire.

Then we passed by Chua Chu Kang, from there we link back to Mandai road then back to Upper Thomas road. Stop at Kopitiam at end of Mandai road for drink and dinner. Then reached home around 11.30pm. And now is 12:10am where i m writing this blog:P

Even though i was not performing well this time, but i really great that i m back to cycling now. At least friendship among cycling can be improved from now on...i think i will ride more to improve my stamina. Let see any blog update on cycling again:)

Cycled on hilly part of Singapore 25Mar07

This is another ride with SWCT and met with another cycling group-Kampung Kaki.

I was cycling down from Ang Mo Kio to Havelock road (somewhere near Chinatown) with 3 of cycling frens. Uncle Looi lead us from Bishan St.21 to Marymount road -> Thomas road -> Newton road -> Scott road -> Zion road -> River Valley road turned into Beo Crescant road which is our meeting point today.

Despite early arrival, however we were waiting for the rest of cyclist for more than 1 hrs:(
Then we only managed to start cycling on 10am. Started our hilly trip today....

Cycled along Jalan Bukit Merah -> Alexandra road then cycled up to Labrator park 2 laps, then cycled up to Bukit Chandu at Peype road, then proceed to Teluk Blangah road for Teluk Blangah Hill and last came to Mt. Faber. There was two entrance into Mt.Faber road. One from Henderson road and another one from Kampung Bahru road. So we did 2 laps from difference entrance.

The whole hilly part was 35km. After few months never cycle, today was my 1st long distance ride. Really impressed on my strength, that still managed to complete the whole part without any failed:) Really happy that i can continue to cycle like that, i love cycling very much..........

Cyling half of Singapore on 13Jan'07 (Saturday)

Was going for a ride around half of Singapore that Saturday (13th Jan). Remember just after Langkawi 120km ride, so the leg still quite strong. We have about 10riders.

That day we were meeting at Adam hawker center and started the ride at 9am after short breakfast. Before reached meeting points, i was cycled nearly 10km from Ang Mo Kio to Adam road. Then we were heading to West Coast along the Upper Bukit Timah road, then turned left to Clementi road, straight along it up to junction and turned right into West Coast highway. This eventually will join to Jalan Buroh. Sprint all the way up to junction of right turn to Jalan Boon Lay and joined to Jalan Bahar. Along this strech, less traffic and wide road. It was nice to speed up. Due to stamina build up from last week ride, i was managed to catch up the 1st group, which was 2 guys and 2 girls. That 2 girls were really good rider, fast and riding a good bike also.

Along the Jalan Bahar, we came to a isolated area where there is farm and plantation around that around. This place called "Lim Chu Kang' I really felt myself in Malaysia where a lot of plant, trees and countryside scenery. I never knew that Singapore has such nice place. I was slow down to look around the scenery when i ride on this road. Well, fast and furious group will not waiting for me, so i was been left behind. Then i was cycled alone about 5km up to a junction to Neo Tiew road. I decided to make the turn. Then came to another junction to Kranji road Turf Club. There i met another rider and we waited for group behind. After regroup, we continue cycled along that road and turned to Woodland road where we were closer to Woodland Checkpoint!! That was surprised me:) There my bike meter shows about 70km ride. That mean i was cycled from North Center (AMK) to West and back to North (Woodland) was 70km distance. After regroup with 1st group, we continue our journey by making a u-turn at Woodland checkpoint there. Then we were cycled a long Woodland road and passed by Chua Chu Kang. That started cycled in drizzlling. So we decided to make a stop for lunch. After lunch, we continue cycled along Woodland road and joined to Upper Bukit Timah road. Then joined to Clementi road and make left turn to Commonwhealth road. The joined to Alexander road, Ganges road and finally we reached Havelock road. From there i was separated from the group, as i know i reached Chinatown area where i can looked for my brother already:)

So when i reached my brother shop, i was cycled 90km for half circuit of Singapore!! I really felt very satisfied with achievement!! That also considered as small achievement:p Sometime we need to consider some small and easy task as one of target in our daily life, so that we can achieve it with little effort and eventually make yourself felt satisfied!!

New Year Ride- Langkawi

After "Scorpion Ride" at beginning of year 2006, we planned another tour in bike again across from 2006 to 2007 to Langkawi.

From starting of 3 ppl in group (me,ChuiMiew and Hinwai) expended to 7ppl of now (me,CM,HW, Chong Wah, Chee Chung and 2 new member - Julita and Miow Chin. This is their 1st time to pick up long distance cycling, but their splrit in cycling along this trip was quite impressing!!

Chui Miew had done a bravo job by preparing cycling route and drafted out the itinerary and items to bring, was quite helpful especially for our new comers.

We have 2 cars, one from Singapore and one from KL. We drived all the way from S'pore to Penang, was really enough to killing me and Chong Wah.....that's y we were saying must ask north ppl come down to south for cycling on next trip:P
Then meet up Penang group (Julita& MiowChin) on 30th Dec and we stayed overnite at Julita's house.


On 31st Dec early morning 7am, we departed from Julita house and cycled to Jetty. Took regular ferry across river to Butterworth. From there, started our cycling journey. We were passing thru Sungai Petani (43km) --> Bedong (56km) --> Merbok (69km) -->Yan (83km) --> Sg. Limau (95km) --> Kuala Kedah (120km). Finall we were reaching Kuala Kedah at 4:50pm. (Source from Chui Miew) Most of buttock really pecah liaw due to long hours sat on saddle. Actually it was quite true that racer bike is not quite comfortable for bike touring, especially for long distance.

After 45min of boat ride, we were finally reached Langkawi with warm welcome of Chee Chung's friend- Sandra. Lucky we had her to bring us to cheap dorm hostel. It was quite new and fully equipped yet with cheap price (only RM20 per person).

At nite, we were celebrating Happy New Year by watching firework from TV....but surprisingly we saw firework at Langkawi island!!
It was quite nice to celebrate this special day with all my best friends there. I think we are getting less and less chance to be gather gather....perharps only me, coz i was moving away from them to S'pore. So, i really treasure the moments with u all - my friends.

Really excited and hoping we are going to have another bike touring trip soon, perharps in oversea?

Phuket 27-30July 2006

Went to Phuket with family. Total 6 of us. Summary of trip: A little bit of fun but a lot more expensive than other part of Thailand.

We went to trip with travel agent for Phi-Phi island, James bond island and Fantasy shows (picture as below). Also let my parent enjoyed the elephant ride and kayaking:)

1 month in S'pore

It has been get used to S'pore life, where taking MRT to work and back by MRT , then back to office, busy doing work and sooner time to go back home. Then taking MRT for 1 hr, and by the time reach home already very tire:(

But now all changed:) I have new house at Ang Mo kio where near by my company there. Everyday, i can ride on my favourite pink panter to work:) I can sleep a bit later and then go to work with the wind....Now after work, still can steal some time for jogging:) I just got a running partner here, but i think we both are work out together to improve the stamina:)

Time flying fast, already in S'pore for one month.....

1st day working in Singapore

Hi Frens,

Today is my 1st day working in Singapore. Feel still not get use to it yet. Expecially when u go out with a group of singaporean for a lunch, u will u are special among us, becoz u are malaysian:P

Hope i can get use to the singapore life soon:P

Ipoh Run 2July 2006

Who is joining: Me, Wan Lin, Siaw Hui, Chui Miew, Jason, Ah Fook and Sayli

Where: Ipoh

We departed to Ipoh on 10am. Wan Lin drove his car with Sayli, ah Fook and Jason. The other car was droven by Chui Miew and passengers were Siaw Hui and me. We reached Ipoh around 12:30pm. After unload our luggage at Sayli' hse at Simpang Pulai (Taman Lapangan Agenda), we heading to Ipoh town to have " Ya Choi Kai"....

But somehow when we reached there, the shop didn't open! End up we only simply have a lunch at a bakuteh soup. Then evil like me and chui miew, have yet satisfied with Bakuteh, we want to eat something only Ipoh have one. So we decided to go eat "Tau fu fa" at Ipoh town which is near by "Lau Wong Ya Choi Kai". They have two bean: normal yellow bean and black bean. The black bean has higher nutrien and more expensive. But the original yellow bean carry better taste. We had a very nice smooth and soft tau fu fa there....very satisfied!

After that, we went back to rest. While watching TV, our mind was thinking to have another round of Ipoh food. Becoz we havent try the egg custard and white coffee yet...so we faster get up everyone (some sleep, some watch TV) to go out for white coffee. Well, somehow Sayli not very familiar with location of that shop, so we were like exploring the road:) Somehow we managed to go there...

The white coffee really have diff taste, that was nicer than normal coffee. The egg custard also nice, but loose a bit to Tau fu fa lah. Most compliment was the roti bakar with two half boiled eggs on top of it, marverlous taste!! The bread with peanut better plus some sugar on it, also no bad.

The dinner also very good. More than 8 dishes only RM111 (good number). We had the dinner together with Say Li's family at restaurant somewhere near by their house.

Well, whole day eat and eat, really dun know how to run half marathon tomorrow:(

On the race day morning, wake up at 5am. Went out from house by 545am to the MBI.
Race started, i really cannot run as fast as normal ppl. I ran like a old grandmum like that. About 30min only ran 4km. The most of ppl already ran in front very far, left few slower runners at the back:(

Wah, i still can run with that pace until 10km. That is where i met the sweeper bus. They asked me to go into the bus, i said is okay, i want to run somemore. Then see them again at 12km. I asked them still got pick up ppl in front or not. They said yes. Then i decided to run somemore even i know my pace will getting slower. 2hrs already over, i only ran 14km. Pace is 8.6min/KM. That was terrible. Then i decided not run anymore, it was very discouraging. Once i got into the sweeper bus, i tried to cover my embrassment by talking to bus driver and some of officers. While i think is was sunset for me in Jogging sport.

Well, i saw Siaw Hui at 18km. I drop down from bus, and tried to run together with her. She told me her leg was very painful, but she wanted to continue and complete the race. I was look at her surprisingly, only i remember i was like her last time! I will finish the every race i took part ,no matter how slow m i, how no stamina m i, even my period was coming exactly when i was running for KL marathon! Refer the old Rho Wen, i found out i really change a lot. My running attitude really change, my running determination is no more there. I wish to gain back my stamina and convident!!

PJ Half Marathon

When: 18th June 2006
Where: Start and finishing at Kelana Jaya Stadium

Early morning 5am i picked up Phyllis and went to stadium. As i remember, i think i was no wake up so early for quite a long time liaw.

Started race at 6:30am. We ran along the old subang airport and turned to Federal highway. Make a u-turn at the Sunway Bridge.That was about 4km mark. Then we ran along the Federal and exit to old subang airport. Ran along the way to old Subang airport and make a u-turn at airport again. Then back to Stadium.

For me, due to lack of training, i was ran until make a u-turn at Subang airport and stop for pee at Petronas station. From there, i was very tire and timing already over 2hrs 15min. So i decided not to proceed the running anymore and just took a cab back to stadium....:( This was my 1st time to give up race before i reach finishing point....Before that, even lack of training, but i will still determined myself to go to the last.....but somehow this time maybe im getting older and determination no more strong like last time, i gave up easily...:(

I have to try to train hard for myself in order to prepare for Ipoh Half marathon.
May God bless me to strenthen my determination and stamina....

Puncak Alam Cycling

When: 28th May (Sunday)

Total Journey: 60km

Route description: The route is up and down, like camel back for about 20km at Puncak alam.

We started our cycling journey always from Kepong Menjalara Mobil petrol station. We cycled along Sungai Buloh road for about 20km will reach the junction of Puncak Alam. Turn left to Puncak Alam at the mark of 30km to Kuala Selangor. Then started the camel back cycling route. That was nice scenery accompany us, that ease our feeling even though we were cycling hard for the uphill:(

For me, i was lack of training in cycling for a month. So even short distance 60km, but enough to kill me. I always keep behind of group because i can't on par with the rest of cyclists:( I still keep a distance within 5km for the 1st 40km. But the last 20km when the way back to Kepong from Puncak Alam, i was dying.

We turned into Kota Damansara area and back to Kepong by LDP. I was quite far from group because i started lost all the energy. I think i was cycled at 15km/hr. By the time i reached the car park at Mobil, all the cyclist already gone home whereas i just reached there:(

That really kill me when no enough training/stamina. I was cycled under the hot sun and no energy somemore. The last 20km cycling just like 100km cycling journey for me. It was long journey and tired.

Really a bad experience for me.

Fraser Hill free and easy trip 3-4June

Jia Jia return to Malaysia

Who is going: Jia Jia, Oikuan, Suyuen, Weilun, Chwee Lan and Me

Because of Jia Jia return to Malaysia, we organized a trip to Fraser Hill for a nite. We rented a apartment with 3bed rooms at Pine resort only for RM300. After check in by 12pm, we started to cook steamboat for our lunch. Actually our initial plan is to have steamboat for dinner only. But somehow we bought too much of "raw food" for steamboat one, then we decided to cook for our lunch also:P

After lunch and one round of rest, we rented bicycle to go around Fraser Hill. Suyuen and Jia jia were cycled with a kid bicycle, we were laugh at them. We cycled to Old Ye smoke house- quite europe style building which is a hotel and restaurant. We have a nice tea break there surrounding with a lot of trees and flowers.....hmnn...fresh air and closer to nature...

After tea break, we cycled again. This is i brought them to Jeliau Waterfall. There was 4km down from old ye smoke house. 4km all the way down to the waterfall....we were too happy to go all the way down...haha...:D
Somehow after visited the waterfall, we were in big trouble now.....we have to cycle all the up for 4km!! Most of them were pushing their bikes all the way 4km!! Haha, by the time we reached resort already 8pm!

Bacause too hungry, we were eating burger that bought by weilun 1st. Around 9pm, rain started and drizzling outside, we were eating steamboat inside the house...yammy yammy...:D

The next day we went down to UluYam eat Loh mee when the way back to KL.

Fraser hill is my favourite place to relax myself...:)

place visited: Jeliau waterfall, Kampung Pertak waterfall, old ye smokehouse, golf club, The padlock and archery.
